Requirements

Register as a couple ($10)
Download and print your bib
Choose your route and start your 10K ruck
At each kilometer, scan the QR code and complete the prompt during the next kilometer
Submit your proof of completion
Receive your couples completion certificate

Weight Requirement is up to the couple. Ideas- (weight = to years married, weight = to months married divided between the two of you, weight = years in service, etc)

**All rucks are "continuous" and can not be broken into parts

Tracking

  • Photo or screenshot of the tracking app of your choice that shows: Date, completion time, route and total kilometers (miles for US rucks)
  • Photo of you participating in the ruck or marche (in uniform if a service member)

Valentine’s Couples 10K Ruck – Guided Connection Challenge

A 10K couples ruck where each kilometer unlocks a QR prompt with a short video + conversation challenge.

What It Is

This is a Valentine’s-themed couples ruck built around intentional conversation. You’ll complete a 10K ruck and scan nine QR codes along the way. Each QR code unlocks:

  • A short video (quick guidance for that segment)
  • A prompt (questions + a discussion challenge for the next kilometer)

You’ll walk and talk your way through the ruck—and finish with a stronger connection.

Long-Distance Option

If you’re separated (deployment, mission, travel, shift work), you can still do it together:

  • Start at the same time (or coordinate within the same day)

  • Watch the videos and answer the questions together by call, video chat, or messages—during the ruck or afterward
