The Ruck or Treat 5K is a fun, spooky-season challenge built around one simple goal: get outside, put on your ruck, and knock out 5 kilometers. Whether you hit the trail, neighborhood, treadmill, or your favorite rucking route, complete the distance during the event window and earn your Halloween Ruck rewards.

This event is designed for everyone. There is no required ruck weight and no required pace. Walk it, ruck it, bring the family: $5 sticker option available for kids.

ONLY 200 PATCHES AVAILABLE

This is a true limited-edition event. We are producing only 200 patches total. Once all 200 registrations are claimed, they're gone.

Ruck or Treat! Keep Rucking Tough.

How It Works — The Mission-to-Medal Method

  1. Choose Your Mission. Register right here on our site — checkout is secure.
  2. Ruck to the Standard. Complete the distance and weight in one continuous ruck during the event window, anywhere in the world.
  3. Submit Your Evidence. Send a tracking screenshot (date, time, route, distance) and a photo of you on the ruck.
  4. We Verify. We review your evidence and confirm completion with the issuing organization.
  5. Earn It. Your medal or badge, ribbon, and certificate ship to the address on your registration.

When will my award arrive? Medals take 10–12 weeks from the close of registration — covering confirmation, pickup, and shipping. We print labels before ship day so you can review your address; tracking goes live when your packet ships.
