Honor Their Sacrifice. Carry Their Legacy.
On September 11, 2001, the United States was forever changed.
Nearly 3,000 innocent lives were lost. Hundreds of firefighters, police officers, emergency medical personnel, military members, and ordinary citizens ran toward danger while others were fleeing. Their courage became a defining moment in American history.
The Never Forget Memorial Ruck is our opportunity to honor those heroes the best way we know how—by carrying weight with purpose.
This is more than a workout.
It is a day of remembrance.
It is a chance to reflect on the courage displayed by first responders, the resilience of our nation, and the countless acts of selfless service that emerged from one of America's darkest days.
Every mile represents gratitude.
Every step is taken in remembrance.
Every finisher helps ensure that we never forget.
Standard
Ruck Weight: 20.01 pounds
Representing the year 2001, when a generation of Americans witnessed history unfold before their eyes.
Commemorative Medal
Every participant earns an exclusive Never Forget Memorial Medal, featuring the Twin Towers, the Tribute in Light, and the brave first responders who answered the call without hesitation.
The reverse honors:
- 343 Firefighters
- 71 Law Enforcement Officers
- 2,977 Lives Lost
A lasting reminder that courage is measured not only by victory—but by the willingness to serve others regardless of the cost.
More Than a Medal
Your finish represents something bigger than completing another ruck. It is a commitment to remember the victims. To honor the heroes. To teach the next generation what happened on September 11. To ensure that their sacrifice is never forgotten.
As you shoulder your ruck and begin your miles, remember those who carried far heavier burdens that day.
Carry the weight.
Honor the fallen.
Never forget.
