Ruck Hack: Never Again List
Share
Every ruck teaches you something. Sometimes it's something useful, like finding the perfect sock combination or figuring out exactly how much water you need. Other times, it's a lesson you really don't want to learn twice.
That's where a "Never Again" list comes in. After each ruck, take a few minutes to write down the things that didn't work. Maybe your pack was organized poorly, you brought the wrong gear, started too fast, didn't eat enough, or wore something that caused problems halfway through. Whatever it was, write it down.
Then, before your next ruck, take a quick look at the list. It sounds simple, but this small habit can keep you from making the same mistake over and over again. Over time, your list becomes a personal record of lessons learned and a surprisingly useful guide for preparing for your next event.
The goal isn't to have a perfect ruck every time. It's to make sure you don't make the same mistake twice.
Stay rucking tough!
